Let All the Earth Rejoice
We serve children age 2 to 18 and their families.
Mettle Child’s programs and services of excellence serve boys and girls with serious to severe emotional, behavioral, and developmental problems combined with other needs. To continue their progress through intensive in-home services, our goal supports their return to their family of origin when possible, or therapeutic foster care when it is not possible.

◦ Children who have intense anger.
◦ Children who exhibit a "need" for medication management.
◦ Children who have total disregard for parental and authoritative figures.
◦ Children who have difficulty forming attachment bonds.
