Aerob-a-Thon Organize a sponsored aerobics marathon with the help of your local gym or sports shop. Afternoon Tea Entertain guests with raffles, auctions and live music (put the kettle on and get baking). Art Gallery Gather various mediums of art work and create a wonderful gallery for visitors to come and see. Charge a small entrance fee and popular works can be auctioned at the end. Arts & Crafts Sale Make necklaces and bracelets, dried flower arrangements, stained glass mirrors, et cetera, and sell at the office or church. Auction Ask your local businesses to donate a prize (original items) for auction. Barbeque Organize a day at the park; bring along a stereo, football, bats and softballs to make a day of it. Fancy Dress Jazz up your event or a work day with a fancy dress contest with an entry fee. Fashion Parade Get some local designers involved to show off their talent. Festival Reach the whole community by holding a local festival in your area with food, arts and crafts, and game booths. Fit-a-Thon Get sponsored for each hour or each session you manage to workout through. Football Tournament Organize a team tournament with an entry fee per team and do a bucket collection at half time. Ask local companies to donate small prizes for the best team(s). Go Karting Arrange a go karting day and charge a little over the entrance price (include prizes for fastest lap, et cetera). Open Garden Open your garden to visitors (sell tickets, refreshments and plants). Opera Night Stage an opera evening in your area, or arrange a trip to see a big production at the Opera House. Outward Bound Go climbing, hiking, camping and gain sponsorship (arrange a group and pitch a tent together). Pp Pet Show Organize a pet show for cats, dogs, guinea pigs, et cetera.
